Rogue’s Glacier Ice effect pigments are ultra-thin glass flakes layered with brilliant color. Known for its flamboyant and glittering effects, Glacier Ice reflects light creating a dazzling, multidimensional finish. Since they are semi-transparent, unlike flakes, you can achieve the most dramatic effect when applied over our Raven Black basecoat. Glacier Ice is available in six colors: White, Blue, Green, Red, Violet and Gold!
