RUR.8300 Slow Low VOC Reducer was developed for Low VOC applications and air quality management district’s where extended flow and controlled evaporation are critical. Formulated with premium-quality compliant solvents and Oxsol 100 technology, RUR.8300 delivers smooth leveling, stable metallic orientation, and consistent application for basecoat or primer reduction when temperatures are between 80–90°F. Designed to help reduce dry spray and maintain a slick finish in hotter conditions, this reducer keeps painters compliant without sacrificing performance. Slow, controlled, and built for demanding spray environments.
